4. Intellectual Property Rights
DSNOUSE Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, trademarks, and proprietary materials created by DSNOUSE, including the VoiceCheck™ tool, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a project agreement.
Client Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom work created specifically for their project, excluding any proprietary tools, templates, or methodologies developed by DSNOUSE.
Portfolio Usage
DSNOUSE reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies, unless confidentiality is specifically requested and agreed upon.
5. VoiceCheck™ Terms of Use
VoiceCheck™ is our proprietary website analysis tool.
Usage Rights
Reports are provided for your internal business use only and may not be redistributed or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy, VoiceCheck™ reports are provided "as-is" and should be considered advisory. We recommend professional consultation for critical business decisions.
Data Collection
VoiceCheck™ analyzes publicly available website data. No unauthorized data collection or system intrusion is performed.
6. Disclaimers and Limitations
Service Availability

Effect of Termination
